Asya is Yoga Alliance Certified at the E200 RYT and 500 RYT Levels. She has been practicing various forms of Yoga for over 15 years and since 2009 found her true Yoga Path in Ashtanga Yoga. Ashtanga is a system of yoga popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois, and which is often promoted as a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga.
Power Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga are generic terms that may refer to any type of vigorous yoga exercise derived from Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
My name is Natalie, and I'm an enthusiastic and energized Zumba instructor. I've been certified since the summer of 2012. I feel privileged to share my love and passion for Zumba with my students. Outside of class, I am working towards my bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. I love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! Come join me and you'll see what I mean. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. See you in class!
Zumba involves dance and aerobic element with choreography that incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, martial arts, and some bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included for good measure!
Romi is an accomplished Dance Performer. The world of Rhythm stole her heart at a very early age and that heartbeat has only grown stronger ever since. Romi born in Southern Argentina and learned Latin Dance as a little girl from all four of her grandparents who were professional dancers and from her parents who met while on a ballroom dance floor in College.
She enjoys the rhythmic energy and elegance of Latin dance which is engrained everywhere in the culture and traditions of South America. She also enjoys the aerobic exercise that comes with learning and practicing the Latin dances.
Romi is a Zumba academy certified instructor that sure to deliver the best Zumba experience possible.
